From the above results it is clear that according to the information put in the post, no such judgment has been given by the High Court as it is not compulsory to wear a helmet in an urban area.

Thus, the claim made in the above post in our petition proves to be false and baseless as no such verdict has been issued by the High Court till today as no such judgment has been issued by the High Court of Traffic ACP and the High Court counsel.
